Frequently asked questions about custom Acrylic Point-of-Sale Displays
How should the thickness of an acrylic display be determined?
Thickness depends on the load, unsupported span, base, bends and mounting method. Send product dimensions and weights; the appearance of the component or A4 format alone does not determine the structure.
What should I send for a custom display?
Send a drawing or reference, dimensions, quantity, application and brand files. Indicate the print areas, assembly method and intended packaging so we can assess feasibility.
How do I specify an A3 or A4 acrylic sign holder?
Provide the sheet format, orientation, display position and how the sign will be changed. Define the thickness, base and mounting points according to the size and application.
Are PMMA and transparent PS the same material?
No. Acrylic is PMMA; PS is polystyrene. Visual transparency does not make the materials equivalent. Check the model's specifications and suitability for the project, especially when comparing brochure holders and sign holders.
How should I define the printing and visual identity?
Send the artwork and color references, specify which surfaces will be printed and explain how the piece will be used. The proposal should state the process, finish and approval criteria before bulk production.
What are the minimum order quantity and production lead time?
These conditions depend on the model, degree of customization and quantity requested. Provide the order quantity for each model and the desired rollout date; Nova Day confirms the conditions in the commercial proposal.
What should I check in the sample before approving the batch?
Check the dimensions, mounting interfaces, finish and operation with the actual product and fixtures. Record the approved configuration and inspection criteria to guide manufacturing and installation in the stores.
